It has been just been announced (in the name of charity for the Stroke Association) that Mr Nunzio Notaro is to be arrested on Thursday 21st February, in Taunton for ‘driving on the wrong side of the road in a Notaro Homecare smart car’. It is understood that the alleged crime took place last week whilst he was visiting Aspen Court in Taunton, where a complaint was lodged by members of the public when they saw Mr Notaro driving for some distance on the wrong side of the road in a Notaro Homecare car.
Mr Notaro’s defence attorney commented in a press release that “Mr Notaro admits to the complaint but said he is so used to driving in Italy, he totally forgot where is he was”.
The police have announced that Mr Notaro will be offered a reprieve and escape Jail if he raises money for a much needed charity ‘The Stroke Association’.
So who are the Stroke Association…?
They provide high quality, up-to-date stroke information for stroke patients, their families and carers
Every year an estimated 150,000 people in the UK have a stroke. That’s one person every five minutes. Most people affected are over 65, but anyone can have a stroke, including children and even babies.
Stroke changes lives. It can have a huge effect on you and your family. You will most likely want to know as much as you can about what practical, emotional and financial support is available.
They also believe in the power of research to save lives, prevent stroke and ensure people make the best recovery they can.
Research funded by the Stroke Association has the ultimate aim of making stroke a preventable and treatable disease, and improving the quality of life for people affected by stroke.
So here’s the deal. We have to raise as much money as possible to ensure the release of our managing director Mr Notaro. If you would like to help with his bail and in return raise money for a much needed important charity please follow these easy steps……
If you’re a member of staff and if you would like to donate, we are looking for a £1.00 donation per person. Please give your donation to your homes administrator, who will pass it to head office. For every £1.00 donated by staff, Mr Notaro will double. I sure you’ll agree he is a great sport for doing this and by donating a £1.00 you too can be involved in this great fund raising event and show that Notaro really care.
If you’re not directly involved with the company but would like to donate to this worthy cause, we have set up a fund raising page, where you can go online and donate securely. Please click on the following link http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/NotaroHomes
May we take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your generosity and supporting this great event.
