Our current visiting guidelines for Notaro ARBD Care Homes

We would like to thank all of our residents’ families and friends for their understanding, patience and support throughout this challenging period. The support shown for our dedicated staff teams is hugely appreciated.

We are looking forward to a return to when we can welcome everyone back in a safe and managed way.
Our care homes work best when they are busy with families and friends.

We continue to carefully monitor and follow Government guidance and are aware of the recent changes concerning social isolation. Currently, there is no change in the specific guidance for visiting care homes. Consequently, visitors are still not permitted inside our care homes unless exceptional circumstances arise.

Covid-19 still presents a serious risk in all care settings; however, there is some encouragement as its prevalence diminishes and in the recent communications from Public Health officials. It has been suggested that Government guidance specific to care home visits is forthcoming.

In preparation for any new guidance, we are reviewing how a phased approach to opening our doors might be applied and developed. We will keep everyone informed on this matter as soon as we can.

We are aware that relaxed visiting restrictions may need to be strengthened again if the threat from Covid-19 increases; as it has been suggested it may do during the coming months.
The directors and management will always prioritise the well being and safety of everybody in our care homes. This includes having to restrict visits with no notice if circumstances dictate it is necessary.

In the meantime, we know how important it is to stay connected to your loved ones; all of our homes are set up for video calls.
Please contact the relevant home directly to arrange this.

Thank you for your continued patience and co-operation.
