Visiting guidelines update for Notaro ARBD Care Homes
Following Boris Johnson’s announcement of a national lockdown on the 4th January, our first priority is always the safety of residents, colleagues and visitors in our homes.
This means that we will no longer be able to support indoor visits; we will continue to facilitate end of life visits as per government guidance.
We know this is frustrating news and we are very sorry for those who will now need to cancel their scheduled indoor visits.
Outdoor and window visits WILL continue.

Please be aware that visits are subject to following our safety protocols. Should the Home Manager feel necessary for the safety of everyone; they may delay visits at any time without notice.
We continue to support residents with video calls and phone calls. Please contact the relevant home directly to arrange this.
