Visiting guidelines update for Notaro ARBD Care Homes

As a family company, we know that loved ones are essential components of people’s care and wellbeing.

We welcomed the recent guidance changes ensuring residents can have two regular visitors with whom they can hold hands and not have to socially distance themselves from. And, we have seen first-hand the difference this has made to residents and the people visiting them.

We also welcome the recent announcement, on 4th May 2021, that residents can now go on low-risk trips with their two regular visitors, such as to a loved-one’s garden or a local park, without having to self-isolate for 14 days when they return.

As before, visitors will be required to undertake a Lateral Flow test, wear PPE, and follow all infection prevention and control measures.

Please be aware that if there are positive Coronavirus cases, visits may be delayed at any time without notice. Please speak with the Home Manager about current circumstances and how to book your visit.

We will continue to support residents with video calls, phone calls and window visits.

Thank you for your continued patience and co-operation.
