The staff and management across Notaro Care Homes work hard to ensure they deliver the very best possible care for your loved one.

The people that work in our homes have chosen a career that is sometimes difficult and requires a multidisciplinary skill set in order to achieve desired outcomes for our residents. It’s very easy to overlook the hard work and exceptional care that they deliver on a daily basis. More often our staff team only ever hear negative news about the sector but know only too well the exceptional care that is being delivered through our service.

If you are pleased with our standards of care, or if you see something that deserves a special mention, we would love you to tell us.

Independently we have a variety of methods in which you can say what it is you’ve seen that’s pleased you.

You can visit www.carehome.co.uk and follow the simple steps in which to leave a review. Ask one of our administrators within our homes, and they will happily give you a ‘Review our Services’ postcard, which you can post off free of charge and is handled independently.

Alternatively you may wish to review our services through NHS Choices. You will have to do this online. Please visit https://www.nhs.uk/service-search and search for your provision, eg: Casa di Lusso Dementia Nursing Home. You will then see the details of the home on the screen, simply click on the yellow box, entitled ‘Leave Review’ and follow the simple steps.
