Visiting guidelines update for Notaro ARBD Care Homes

As a family company, we know that loved ones are essential components of people’s care and wellbeing.

As of 17 May 2021, we are delighted that residents can now nominate up to five named visitors who will be able to enter the care home for regular visits.

The five named visitors excludes babies and preschool-aged children (as long as this does not breach national restrictions on indoor gatherings).

At this time, residents can have no more than two visitors at a time or over the course of one day.

As before, visitors will be required to undertake a Lateral Flow test, wear PPE, and follow all infection prevention and control measures.

Please be aware that if there are positive Coronavirus cases, visits may be delayed at any time without notice. Please speak with the Home Manager about current circumstances and how to book your visit.

We will continue to support residents with video calls, phone calls and window visits.

Further Government guidance information on care home visits is available here.

Thank you for your continued patience and co-operation.
